This is the classic novel we all know and love, but with a few twists and turns. More illustrations and more side conversations by the characters. If you love Alice and Stick figure illustrations this is a must for your collection.

I love Alice <3 This was a great retelling. It took some of the original text and mish-mashed it with Jamison Odone's own brand of storytelling. The characters are a bit more snarky and 2-dimensional. I do love the illustrations though. There are just really fun and ridiculous. If you are a fan of the original, I would try this one out right away. It was just really fab.

First Line:
"Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do; once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, 'and what is the use of a book,' thought Alice, 'without pictures or conversations?'"

Favorite Line:
"Always making a scene, Alice."

  1. Two Alice in Wonderland reviews in a row, huh :) You must be a fan. I haven't anything Alice-ish, including the original, but this one looks fun. I love those drawings, they are adorable. Those eyes are so cute :D
